Nothing crazy, but insanely slow. 1-2 weeks between rounds with no updates. Loved the people I spoke to, but I didn't get an answer about if I got the job until after I emailed asking for an update. Felt as though they were going to ghost, which is unfortunate. Aside from that, lovely people.

I applied for this role because Red Bull sounded like a great place to work. I received an email 2 days later saying they would like to invite me to do online screening. I haven't spoken to anyone at this point, so I didn't really know what to expect. The test was customized to Red Bull and showed a series of pictures that you had to select that would be later used to evaluate your personality/skills. Most were clear on what they were depicting but a few of them weren't clear. It also included a math/logic portion. It was pretty lengthy - it took about an hour to complete. I received my results in real time. I don't think the results were an accurate depiction of who I was. It said I lacked drive, but most colleagues would describe me as very driven. I never heard back from anyone at Red Bull again, and it has been a month, not even a "sorry, you failed the test". Talk about a negative candidate experience.
