He also asked me if I was looking to grow with company and stick with company for a long term and then just followed up with more information about himself and the job and information about myself then I was scheduled a shadow day the next day.

Very conversational interview. If you converse naturally and go in confidently they will like you. They ask about yourself, how you handle difficult customers, how you can contribute in a team or as an individual. Your values as a person.
