The interview was with a robot/ software. Zero communication. Impersonal hiring process shows lack of care for employees/ candidates. No one actually spoke to me or reached out afterwards. No word on if I got the position or not. Was “ghosted”.

Easy going. Good flow of conversation getting to know about you more and your integration to the brand. Makes efforts to know the extent of your contribution. Over all well.

Online and promoted questions. Move into next round if they feel you are a good fit. If so, you meet with 1 manager who gives you a job description and asks a few questions about your knowledge with redbull and why you would want to work for them.
