The company (senior talent acquisition person) reached out to me via professional networking site, very enthusiastic about my qualifications. Phone interview was set up promptly. Interview seemed to go great, and ended with a promise of prompt response. Heard nothing for two weeks, so followed up with an email to the recruiter. No response. I was ghosted.
