The interview process was a phone screen followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Next, I did a 45 minute case study followed by 3 30-minute behavioral interviews. Nothing out of the ordinary. I went through the entire process for them to offer me $10K less than my current salary (which they were aware of) and wouldn't budge at all on it even though the team "really wanted me on board". This was extremely frustrating, as I would've accepted the offer had they met me at my current salary but they refused.
