So the interview process is very long; to start, it is about 6-7 calls. To lay it out, it goes like this. 1. Recruiter 2. Member of Team 3. Case Study + Meeting with three others (3-4 hours) 4. Call with VP ( About two ) Recruiters from Red Ventures are super friendly and fast to tell you if you will be going forward or not. They are transparent and make Red Ventures look good from the start. When you start meeting team members, it can get a little sour. During my interview, I had a member of the digital marketing team be 15 minutes late and not engaged with me. During the calls with the VP, things started turning for the worse while I had to keep my composure; the VP then slandered my past work experience and tried to play it as how much Red Ventures is a need for me more than they needed me. I answered each question with the utmost respect but ended the call with a laugh. After four days, I got a call that I did not get an offer solely based on my "personality" because of how I talk and how I conduct myself to upper management because I said "weird." Yet during the interview process, people were 15 mins late, cussed, and poked fun at my resume.
