First round is a phone call with recruiter just asking you some background and interest, second round is one case study of a marketing funnel case. Basically, they are testing you on division and percentages here. Don't know how this represents intelligence or efficiency, but it appears they want people who are quick with mental math. Third round is a 5 hour super day. Basically two mental math cases, 1 behavioral case, and one excel case. It is tiring and lengthy while the same skill they are testing is mental math. If this is what they value, I sense they are not a company with common sense who understands the power of a calculator.
