Entrevista
Initial telephone interview with Human Resources, took about 5 minutes. Then a department manager will conduct a telephone interview that last about twenty minutes. If successful a face to face was offered. Sent a script to role play at face to face interview. Employer wants to see sales experience demonstrated and how you upsell customers based on their needs.

If you are flexible with schedule. The first couple of months you have to work second shift. Hours vary until 2 a.m.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
