Applied to RV (easy application) in the South Charlotte area, Received an email within a week inviting me for a phone interview that would last 5-10 minutes. The phone interview was simple, ask questions about your knowledge of RV, your understanding of the position, background of sales, etc. Immediately at the end of the interview she invited me to the campus for a second interview. After the phone call, she sent a follow up email stating she would like to move to the next stage and attached documents that I needed to go over to prepare myself for the next interview. The campus was beautiful and big. I arrived there on time and was told I needed to check in and have a photo ID. After checking in ,I sat in the waiting room and was offered water or coffee. The staff was nice. about a few minutes after my recruiter came and got me and took me to a small room. As we was walking she asked me, "why rv"(which I really did not like because I would have preferred to explain to her face to face instead of cutting corners). In the small room we begin the interview process which lasted maybe 20 minutes or so. We did a mock call. She asked me how I felt about it and gave me feedback. After she gave me a really brief tour of the floor and took me in a room (with others) to watch a video that explains what RV was about. After the video was over she walked me out. Within an hour I received a follow- up email thanking me for coming and asking me to complete an extended portion of the application and to contact her when I completed it. The next day, I received a call congratulating me and asking me when I will be able to start. I received another follow up email accepting the job and setting up a drug test. Overall, I really like RV. The environment seems very relaxed and fun. I hear mix things about the hours, mangers, and job in general. But I am excited to start and plus the people seem nice.
