They started with a phone interview. Then I had to come in for a face to face interview. I started with one person that interview lasted 30 minutes, then another person came in. That interview lasted 30 minutes and then finally the last person came in to interview me. The entire process day one was 90 minutes. Then they called me back for another interview with the same process which lasted 2 hours. They added in a report review and a mock call listening exercise. The call wasn't anything that would really take place at RV, it was too laid back. Then another series of people came in and out to interview me.
