Very short and basic interview. First step was on the phone. You will be asked simple questions regarding your interest for the job position and how you learned about the company. They will then explain to you what they are looking for. If you seem like a fit, then you will me scheduled a second interview, this time in person. The face-to-face interview was done in one of their business offices. The interviewers will ask more direct questions to have an idea of how well you handle costumer service situations. After the interview, I was given a quick tour of the workplace. Overall, the interview process went smoothly.
