one on one with area manager, they mostly look to hire women as almost all area managers are women. There is no room for promotion and you will never get a raise. This company makes it impossible to resolve client issues using a ticket system that doesn't work but no one seems to care.

Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
