For me, it took less than 2 weeks to received an offer. They first did a telephone interview that lasted for about 15 minutes, then got an email to schedule an in-person interview. I was interviewed by an Area Manager in one of their centre. Questions are very typical for a customer service position, you just need to say the right stuff and prove that you can handle different situations dealing with a client.

The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
