      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Regus.

      Entrevista

      Online application, skill/personality assessments, phone screen, in person interview and or panel interview with facility tour. The entire process took close to 2 weeks from beginning to end. This may have something to do with it being around a holiday in regard to interview scheduling but, it moved along fairly quick. Regus selects the best of the best so you definitely have to be at your very best when interviewing. No matter what position they are looking for a strong customer service presence with a polished, professional presence.

      There were no real difficult or unexpected questions but a group of assessments you will have to complete that will ultimately effort your pay rate. If you do very well, you are paid at the higher end of the pay scale if you do fairly well you are then paid at the minimum pay scale and so on.

      Entrevista

      I applied online and received a call to come in within a week. The position was supposedly for a senior customer service position but what they were looking for was for a receptionist and someone to clean the rooms and kitchen and unload and load the dishwasher. Also, in that position you were supposed to upsell and do everything that the GM does when he is not around for a meager $13. It really had nothing to do with customer service and definitely nothing with a senior customer service position. The staff was dressed in jeans and hoodies and looked extremely unprofessional. I was greeted right away with the wrong name telling me that they are expecting someone else also. The GM was reading questions off a questionnaire and seemed very unprofessional. Never heard anything and then received an email three weeks later that the position was filled by someone else but just renewed the job posting so obviously they had not filled the position

      Phone call, followed by two interviews. GM was not even bothered to talk to me on the first, and on the second, the Gm was almost begging me to join.
