During my recent interview, I found that the interviewer’s level of engagement was noticeably limited. The conversation felt somewhat disjointed, and the interviewer appeared distracted or not fully present at times. As a result, the interaction lacked the energy and connection typically expected in a professional interview setting. While the necessary topics were covered, the overall experience was less engaging than anticipated, which made it challenging to establish a meaningful dialogue.
