Submitted my resume on the opening on their website. Got an email reply in a week or so that I was selected to take their first screening test. After clearing the test, I was shortlisted for the first round of interviews. The interview was an online interview with their talent lead.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Process involved two positive phone screenings and two technical assessments. Despite the significant time commitment and encouraging feedback early on, I was ultimately declined. Disappointing to see such high engagement end abruptly after multiple evaluation stages. Advice: Streamline the assessment phase.
