first, an outreach from recruiter, who will give you tips on what to expect for the case study interview. i was unlucky to have had an interviewer who was cold right off the bat. the case study process is similar to consulting firms where they assess your thinking capabilities to draw an outcome. during the case study interview, you are expected to ask a series of follow up questions to progress your case forward. but alas, my interviewer's responses were terribly short one liners which were insufficient to figure out assumptions towards an outcome proposal.
