The interview process was very laid back. We did an assessment centre first where we were put into groups and had to build the good old bridge from dried pasta. After the group assessment we had individual interviews which were more informal. They basically wanted to know more about me as a person and how I work well with others. They are looking more for you to show your personality than anything.

The interview was straightforward. Mostly asking how you channelled your passion into various aspects of your life as well as your character traits. Nice people and all in all good vibe.
