Basic in person interview - met branch director and director of the team i was interviewing for - lasted about 45 minutes total
Approx hour long online assessment (basically personality test/"what would you do in this scenario" type questions done at home

Final interview reviewing salary and benefits and offer

Asked about my previous experience and comfortability in sales type environment and what my motivators were
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Entrevista
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
