Recruiter calls if sees potential hire/ contract, the interview is easy, both trying to fit each other needs. Recruiter finds out what is that you are looking for and offers what he/ she has available. Once both satisfied with selection, draft the contract. Relax and enjoy conversation. They offer positions on all types of levels. The down side is that the compensation is close to minimum wage. However, you will be getting the experience.
The interview was a great experience. First the recruiter reached out and then I had an interview with the manager of the company. The interviewer questions that were fundamentals of Accounting and why I wanted this position.

It was easy and quick with simple questions. Go through your resume and experience to see if you are a good fit. Nothing too hard, the manager was very nice and patient.

The interview was great window to the company's hiring process and it went well. the expected projects were unknown and it turns out the company try to find projects based on the employees set of skills, then they market the employee under company's name.
