Overall consisted of three interviews. First two were very similar meeting with multiple different people with the firm. The third interview was a "shadow day", in which I shadow two different employees and saw first hand what the day-to-day consisted of. Them said they were very interested in moving forward. Followed up on the date we planned and they did not get back with me until 4 days later, because they were filling the position internally and wanted to make sure it was a for sure thing. Nice people overall, very money driven.
