Was given an interview finally after days of phone tag.Phone interview first, then I interviewed by both representative at Pridestaff and assignment. Pertinent info gone over, felt confident...I was able to present my strengths and turn my weaknesses into positives and got my foot in the door. However it took 3 weeks to hear back that I was being offered the position, and that I needed to report for drug testing, agree to a background check.

Entrevista
One on one interview in small conference room. They made me feel very special and made the job out to be something it wasn't (after further research). Seemed like they were more interested in placing me so they could make money than honestly thinking I was a good fit for the position.

They call you in and test you. Interview is not that difficult. Once you are in the system, you generally don't have to come back for the next assignment, unless it has been a long time.
