I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter in less than 5 minutes. They have a long process, 5 interviews and a presentation. I interviewed in person (Melbourne). The interviewer was very old school, didn't bother to build rapport, was unprepared, didn't take a single note, and asked irrelevant, almost invasive personal questions. I was then told I wasn't a fit with no constructive feedback. If you have a soul and a desire to do more than simply earn as much money as you can, do yourself a favour and don't apply here.

Very short and unorganized. Did not feel very welcoming and was one of those experiences I could’ve been without. Got the feeling that this is mostly sales and not recruiting at all which was disappointing.
