I initially had a 15 minute phone interview with HR. I then recieved an invite for another interview, which consisted of a half an hour panel interview with competency based questions followed by a 20 minute presentation attended by a larger number of employees.

Tell us about how you have conducted a piece of observational research as part of a multidisciplinary team? How did you handle aspects of the methods and the results to people working outside of the field?
The first is a phone screen. If you pass a phone screen you will have multiple 1:1 interviews, followed by a presentations. The office was hard to find but once there they take care of you. Most of the interviews were all over the phone on-site.
