Screening call (30 mins) followed by an intervew pannel (1 hr), both done remotely. Screening call was focused more on your basic overall experience, while the pannel interview was more in-depth and targeted. They requested STAR style responses.

Entrevista
They use a process called Assessment Center, during which the candidate is involved in several role plays, a presentation, and an interview. All simulations are supposed to display realistic challenges that the candidate might encounter in the actual role.
