It wasn’t a long process. We had to send a CV and cover letter to the Principal Scientist and we were invited to interview. The interview was difficult and a lot of organic chemistry knowledge was needed to obtain a role at Roche.

Assessment centre followed by interview. Assessment centre featured a group task to a small audience of staff and a tour of the facilities. This was then followed by a one hour long interview.
