Entrevista
First it was phone call, discussing my experience, then i got a call for a second interview. It was a group interview (six applicants), we were asked to answer questions and participate in group exercises. After this, I got called for a third interview, it was a case that I had to present to the HR staff and the Marketing Manager. Finally i got a call for an interview with the hiring manager, quite informal.

Three interviews the first they referred me to a higher position then i had the interviews with the managers but the salary wasn’t good so i declined but they were friendly and i think good working environment

Entrevista
I was brought on through a contracting agency. The interview is typical as far as a recruiter is concerned. The interviews that followed were a phone interview with my manager, In person interview with my manager, and then a phone interview with the director. They were great people and definitely motivated to build the team properly.
