I got the phone call interview first before proceeding to the next step. Phone call interview was brief; basically asking about the job I applied for and my work experiences. Then, they got back to me a week later for the next interview process. The moment I was brought into the meeting room, it has a feeling of relaxation but at the same time maintaining the professionalism of the interview process. The recruiter asked about basic interview questions such as the current job nature, reason for leaving and so on. The recruiter would need you to send in your resume, cover letter and other documents via email before the interview date so you come to the interview with only a copy of each for your reference. The interview result was given less than a week after the interview.
