Entrevista
1. Submit CV and cover letter Online via Roche site
2. Pass in the next stage where I had to take Numerical, reasoning and abstract online tests Within one week of announcements. I also had to complete the first online interview video. Presented with 5 questions which I had to record and submit in 1-2 minutes.
3. After 2-3 weeks it was announced that I passed to the next stage which was an online Group-panel interview.

Interesting, but it involved a lot of german. Would not recommend for someone without atleasat a C1/C2 level of proficiency in the german language. But the interviewers were quite nice.

I) Assessment Video einreichen II) digitales Gespräch mit dem Manager III) Assessment Center Jeder Teil war eine Erfahrung. Besonders das Assessment Center war eine sehr bereichernde Erfahrung, auch wenn es leider anschließend kein Angebot gab.

Englischkenntnisse wurde mittels "If we ask your friends, what would they name as your strengths?" erfragt. Es wurden vor allem Fragen gestellt, bei denen man seine Persönlichkeit zeigen kann.
