Interview process began with a phone screen with HR, then an in-person interview that lasted 6 hours. Panel for in-person interview consisted of many managers and potential same-level co-workers. Questions asked were not difficult. They mainly focused on previous background (education and previous work experience).

The first interview was a video assessment. The second interview was with the lead manager, who was very nice and caring. The process felt open and thoughtful, with an emphasis on ensuring a good match for both sides. Process took very long (+5 months).

I usually always includes HR screening, panel interviews (two to four) and a seminar to the department on top of meeting with the hiring manager. The porcess can easily last 3 months.

I completed a phone interview following the initial screening call, but both interviewers asked very similar questions throughout the conversation, so I honestly could not tell which person was actually the hiring manager during the interviews.
