I'm still in the interview process. I have been interviewed with Roche recruiter and the hiring manager so far. There is a final interview before being hired. Because of re-organization, Roche pharma and diagnostics share a recruiting team that the recruiters look for candidates for both sides. Also, Roche's culture and leadership principle (VACC) is critical for the hiring decision.
