Extremely long process. It took five months from start to finish. HR was professional and welcoming. Interviews* were relaxed yet thorough. Focused mainly on real life application of experience and behavioral type of questions.
*Three phone interviews. Two separate face to face interviews: one with HR and on-site personnel and the second with hiring manager. Site walk through after 1st face-to-face interview. Took three weeks after the last face-to-face interview for the offer to be extended.

Ghosted after the final round - no response even after following up multiple times. Especially since I made it out to their office which is 2 hours away from where I live. Not good.

It was a horrible experience. If the leaders of an organisation are so self consumed, good luck with the future of this company. Kuddos to those who achieved a position but they forget to respect diversity and differences.
