I applied online through school portal. Was sent an invitation to interview. Had to fill in a new application form. Came in (beautiful office BTW) had interview with head of HR and two dept. heads. It was interesting and informative, conversational and casual. I was told I would be informed of any developments, or second round. Followed up a couple weeks after and was told I would be let know what their decision would be. Still haven't heard back.

Met first with HR (the director and an admin assistant), than with the hiring manager. The work culture seemed fairly straight-laced. The hiring manager kept detailed notes of my answers and didn't make eye contact much. There were a number of behavioral questions, and one question that stood out was "What components would make up a strategic communications plan?"
