Having 2+ years as an Encompass administrator, a bachelors degree in Software Development, and 8 years of experience in mortgage as an LO, Processor, Underwriter, I was treated like a female who has no place in IT. I was told I wasn’t qualified for the admin position I applied for and would need to start in an entry level IT help desk position for 1 or 2 years. Wouldn’t recommend interviewing with this company.
