The interview process was very conversational. Interviews started with Human Resources over the phone then moved to in person. Behavior questions were asked and interviewed by four executives, each meeting was one on one.

Having 2+ years as an Encompass administrator, a bachelors degree in Software Development, and 8 years of experience in mortgage as an LO, Processor, Underwriter, I was treated like a female who has no place in IT. I was told I wasn’t qualified for the admin position I applied for and would need to start in an entry level IT help desk position for 1 or 2 years. Wouldn’t recommend interviewing with this company.
