overall 4-5 rounds ,1, JAm. 2, written test - aptitude, basic accounting, English,email and essay. 3, TL or Manager, 4, senior HR. 5, Director Very bad response and few irrelevant questions. Profile related questions were hardly one or two . I have cleared my first 3 rounds, in which they ask behavioral questions and check the stability or commitment,and next was the final round where Director gone through the written test answers and asked about the points which are incorrect , I don't understand if I wrote something wrong why did they shortlist me for further rounds and ask like a Teacher in a school which was unpleasant. If they don't want to hire you, they ask all irrelevant questions.Overall I felt like I wasted my time coming here for interview. For every round they call you on different day. It may also take months.

good rounds of interviews, but didn't take into account the local office politics. was told everyone came in entry level and i would be promoted asap, but then was put in line behind people who had been there longer. which is fine if that's how they want to do promos, i just wish that is what i had been told upfront.
