Entrevista
Great experience, interviewers throughout multiple rounds were extremely polite, professional and chill in general. During technical rounds I was caught off guard with a few questions and the interviewer helped me untangle the web until I could find out the answer. Difficulty level was a bit up there, considering it was a junior analyst position, there were multiple rounds with testing on tough technical concepts, questions were in depth and not very easy. Behavioral round was very easygoing and felt like a professional discussion rather than a job interview.

Once you apply for any role at S&P global, you're are invited to complete online assessment that is Pymetrics. A set of games designed to test congnitive ability of an individual. Once you clear taht assessment, if you're results seems to match with role you're are applied for. You will get further details regarding interview process.
