there are 3 rounds in total, direct manager(most important) - MD / Management (routine meetings, very conversational) - HR(to discuss compensation details, starting day, etc). Each takes about half an hour. Current affairs, financial news, and market senses are critical in preparation. Be prepared to brain teaser questions as well.
