You are sold the job using unrealistic numbers. I was working 70 hours a week building my book of businesses and to make the money promised it was going to be another 8 months of 70 hour weeks. It wasn't fair to me. Most importantly it wasn't wasn't fair to my family.

Entrevista
there are 3 rounds in total, direct manager(most important) - MD / Management (routine meetings, very conversational) - HR(to discuss compensation details, starting day, etc). Each takes about half an hour. Current affairs, financial news, and market senses are critical in preparation. Be prepared to brain teaser questions as well.
