I was interviewed by the VP and it was a phone interview. It was a behavior based interview and did not directly touch upon any knowledge required for the position. My interview was scheduled for 10 days after the initial HR contact, and I was told the next day that somebody else had been seleceted, which gave me the impression that the interviewer's mind had been already made up and she was just going through the motions.

One interview with a recruiter asking about projects/experience. Then one interview with a senior PM to understand product knowledge. 2 interviews, then an offer. The process took about 6 to 8 weeks from recruiter screen to offer
