It was from campus placement. First round was shortlisting round, where applicants had to solve two coding problems. Questions were random to everyone. Then there was one coding interview and one hr round.

For interview I was asked first to solve maximum area of rectangle formed by 1s in a binary matrix, and then I was asked to K-reverse a doubly linked list. All codes were to be written from scratch, in a blank editor.
