Hiring manager took one round and then they asked to complete an assessment, along with videos. Nor the recruiter nor the hiring manager were bothered about providing the details to access the product.
Somehow had to figure out and spent 3 full days on the assignment. They asked to document the content on Google docs. Finally after that they set up a discussion round in which the hiring manager and another interviewer did not join. He asked me to run the entire doc and caught a trivial mistake. Did not even bother to provide feedback. Post that the recruiter who was so polite till now suddenly doesn’t respond. Later I found that they have reposted the same job. Now, please do have some respect for the candidates. Don’t ever think that you can just do away with anything. It was me today, tomorrow it could be you too. I later on found that companies asking to give such assignments should actually pay. Thank that you were not sued. Pathetic experience. Will never ever even look at this cheap company and their employees.
