One word: Tough! You go through at least 3 interviews after you speak to a recruiter. First one is usually, with a hiring manager, you might have a second one with him//her and his boss, third one is a panel where you present your experience and tracked record. Bear in mind, if you're applying for a sales role, make sure you show NUMBERS, numbers and again, numbers!

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
