I had a call with the in-house recruiter there at Salesforce. Then I had a phone call with a manager in the division I was applying for (Growth Business, formerly SMB). Then I came to the office for a panel interview with two SMB Managers. Finally I had a presentation in front of two SMB managers, the VP of SMB, and my recruiter.

Sales process questions, some role play for discovery questions, a resume review, and they really are keen to have you ask them questions so come prepared with those.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
