Steps were :
Initial Phone screen with an Internal Recruiter.
1-2 phone discussion with the Hiring Manager.
Group Panel (Powerpoint) Presentation in what's called a "Stand and Deliver".
Phone discussion with a VP or RVP.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
