I have almost 20 years of seniority with people leader experience as well and I have been called for a junior sales job. the interview was very short and the HR manager didn't even check my cv. Very poor HR process
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
