Unprofessional is an understatement. A recruiter asked me if I'd be open to working in a particular vertical and I said yes. My resume was chosen from a candidate pool supposedly, even though I applied to a separate role. My resume was clearly not looked at, because I was quickly disqualified me for not enough direct experience in this particular role, and suggested I apply to a BDR role. When I said I appreciate that feedback, but I am only interested in AE roles at this stage of my career, I was told to check my ego and salary expectations at the door. I was very taken aback, and because I spoke with this role, it disqualified my consideration for other ones with the company. Disappointing!
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
