I was contacted by a recruiter after applying for several positions online. The hiring process went smoothly except that my take home submission was not received successfully and the recruiter did not confirm with me and update me anything.

The shortlist came the recruiter collected my basic details after a few weeks they scheduled my first round of interview with the hiring manager which they said would be a SQL round only to cancel it and ghost me completely . So unprofessional I think they are not hiring for real , simply trying to act busy!
