Application: I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Singapore). Interview: I was called by the initial recruiter for a phone screen with standard questions about my background, There was some small talk, and the interview lasted 15 minutes. At the end of the week, I received an email stating that I didn't move to the next step. It’s a bit disappointing and sad that I didn't get to interview with the hiring manager.

Applied online, received a quick response within 2 days to set up a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was friendly but my only issue is that she called me while she was outside and it was difficult to hear her for the entire call. It was windy, cars were passing by, and we could barely hear each other. Anyways, in the end, she scheduled an on-site interview the following week with two managers. They were really friendly but I suppose they were looking with someone with more experience in sales.
