It was a live evaluation, and questions afterward. The interviewer would have been my future manager. I thought the conversation went well! They mostly focused on my past experience and alignment with SalesForce culture.
It was friendly and asked questions to find how I process the problem. I submitted my application, the first phone call screening was done, and then I attended the technical interview.
Four rounds, recruiter was helpful and provided guidance around possible questions. Met with recruiter twice, hiring manager, and then multiple panels in one day. The interviewers were friendly and mostly kept it behavioral.
